CONSTITUENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Senator Jon Ossoff (D-GA) seeks a Constituent Services Representative for his Atlanta office. This full-time position requires experience in customer service, social service, or casework. Duties include providing exceptional customer service and casework to constituents and working with congressional liaisons at federal agencies to address and resolve a high volume of cases across Georgia. Qualified candidates will demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in customer service; excellent verbal and written communications skills; exceptional organization and project management; and the ability to exercise good judgment. Proficiency in Spanish or a foreign language spoken by large numbers of Georgians (both written and verbal) preferred.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually plus benefits.
